GOLD STAR QUILT RAFFLE

Made by members and friends of the Reynoldsburg-Truro Historical Society this beautiful Gold Star Quilt is being raffled off by the Society. All raffle proceeds to benefit the non-profit RTHS.

The Gold Star Quilt originated in Florida, where the cover was sewn by the late RTHS member, Joy Carson. Her husband Jack, then gave the unfinished quilt to RTHS member, Wilma Wiswell Turner. Wilma, and her friend Donna Bell, finished the binding of the quilt and donated it to the Society.

Tickets are $1 each or 6 for $5 and are available to the general public. Drawing will be held at the Society's Christmas Dinner, December 11, 2010. You need not be present to win.

Tickets may be purchased anytime from any Historical Society member. Tickets will also be available at the Heritage Center, during one of our open houses or special events or call President Mark Myers:
614-868-5354.

This beautiful pieced, queen sized 88"x88" quilt will become a family heirloom for years to come and is on display at the Heritage Center.
