This aerial view of the little country town of Reynoldsburg, Ohio was taken in 1935 by James Ruvoldt, owner and publisher of the "Reynoldsburg Press" from 1930-1941.
You are looking east with the tree line being Blacklick Creek. The famous National Road, U.S. Route 40, traverses directly through town. Silent Home Cemetery can be seen at the upper right. The water tower was between Main Street and Broadwyn just east of Jackson Street.
Reynoldsburg is now a suburb of Columbus, the state capitol of Ohio. At the time this photo was taken it was described as being ten miles east of Columbus.
